A rigid, extended stainless steel chassis embedded to the polymer frame reduces flex and torque when firing for improved control. A new aggressive texture keeps hand in place, and the original M&P 18° grip angle points instinctively on target. The M2.0™ trigger boasts a light pull with a tactile and audible reset, while the sear deactivation lever allows the weapon to be disassembled without pulling the trigger first. A high grip-to-barrel bore axis reduces muzzle flip to sustain accurate shot placement during rapid fire. Low-profile, 3-dot steel sights offer intuitive target acquisition, and fish scale slide serrations provide a non-slip grip while chambering rounds or clearing a jam.
