Top Left Binding on the Rear of the guitar is raised up some.  It looks like it was repaired along the way.  You can see the clear coat "ramp" easily.  
The fretboard has some separation from the neck.  Another possible repair along the way.  I'll try and get it pictured as best as I can. 
Neck was snapped clean off.  Has been repaired and saved so others can enjoy the vintage goodie.
